Diane is a seasoned Talent Advisor and Operator with extensive experience in recruiting top-tier talent for high-growth companies and top venture firms. Her main focus is on GTM recruitment and talent strategy for early-stage startups.
Previously, as Director at Loom, she led a talent team of twelve and helped Loom build a team supporting over 10 million users globally. At Confluent, Diane managed a team of six during its hyper-growth phase leading GTM hires. She began her career at a top-tier VC firm, Sequoia Capital, supporting executive hiring for portfolio companies like Stripe, Dropbox, and Airbnb.
Based in San Diego, Diane excels in matching exceptional candidates with strategic roles, driving organizational success. She has been the lead speaker for the Hubspot series “Culture Happens” and led the Sequoia Capital Mentorship for Women program.
